The greatest food challenges in the U.S. and globally include food insecurity, unsustainable agricultural practices, and food waste.
In the U.S., millions struggle with access to affordable, nutritious food, while globally, over 800 million people face chronic hunger. Additionally, climate change, soil degradation, and water scarcity threaten the sustainability of food production, with unsustainable farming practices depleting soil health and biodiversity. Food waste compounds these issues, with roughly one-third of food produced globally going to waste.
