Acting as a living laboratory, the project tests eco-construction methods like rammed earth, hempcrete, and 3D clay printing to create affordable, energy-efficient housing. Advanced aquaponics systems and permaculture techniques will optimize food production and resource conservation, while a mycology lab and medicinal garden explore agricultural innovations and natural remedies. Clean water technologies will also be studied to improve purification and management.
IMDesigners and Builders LLC, in collaboration with Global Won, will construct entire communities using patented earthen technologies, ensuring eco-friendly, energy-efficient homes. The project will also feature a Farming Ecology Center, Community Center, Parks, and Healing Village for a self-sustaining ecosystem.
Key technologies include renewable energy systems, aquaponics integration, and rainwater recycling, supporting food security and sustainable living.
Research will focus on evaluating the durability and sustainability of these materials across various conditions.
The Farming Ecology Center
The Farming Ecology Center - An educational and sustainable farming hub aimed at teaching regenerative agriculture, construction, and alternative energy practices.
Managed by Innovative Community Farms LLC and Global Won, it empowers residents with hands-on skills in agriculture, business, and sustainable living.
The center promotes biodiversity and soil health through permaculture, companion planting, and crop rotation. It also features aquaponics systems for year-round vegetable and fish production, automated irrigation, and data-driven farming technologies.
Educational programs cover agriculture, construction, alternative energies, medicinal herbs, and business management, fostering economic resilience and sustainability.
The center’s focus is on creating a self-sustaining farming model that reduces environmental impact.
The project will be developed in phases, including farm design, curriculum development, implementation, and continuous research.
Completion is expected within 1-2 years, with ongoing innovations and community engagement to ensure long-term sustainability.
The Community and Cultural Hub

The Healing Village
The Healing Village – The Village provides a comprehensive approach to holistic health, focusing on natural modalities, education, and integrative wellness.
The village offers physical and mental health services, including nutrition programs, stress management, and targeted support for veterans with PTSD.
In addition to providing care, the Healing Village serves as an R&D center to explore innovative health solutions and alternative therapies, such as hyperbaric chambers and other cutting-edge treatments.
The goal is to promote healing, well-being, and sustainable health practices within the community’s ecosystem.
